Want to know more about how I can help you and your baby? Take a look at what other parents have said about my support services.
I completed my Early Years Degree in Portugal and worked in a nursery setting there for two years. I then moved to the UK to work at Chelsea Pre-Prep and Nursery. I was there for six years and had a wonderful experience. However, I still felt the need to pursue my passion for working with babies, so I decided to shift my career to working as a maternity nurse and night nanny for newborns.
Word of mouth got out and I found myself very busy working for lots of different families, all of them a pleasure to be welcomed into. Increasingly I was asked to provide guidance as a sleep consultant and developed a speciality in helping parents establish a feeding and sleeping pattern that suited the individual baby’s needs and the family as a whole. I worked mostly in the UK, but also overseas in Austria, Dubai, Israel, Spain, Greece, Portugal and Germany. Throughout these years helping families across the globe, I have been lucky enough to experience working in different environments and this has helped to foster my understanding of different babies’ development and needs.
As a Baby Wellbeing and Sleep Consultant, I have developed my own approach to try to incorporate the benefits of a routine, but with a baby led focus. I am a big believer that the baby’s night is a reflection of their day. When the baby’s needs are met throughout the day, they will be happier, more settled and sleep better overnight.
I have moved to Geneva recently so if you are looking for support and guidance with your baby, you have come to the right place. I offer consultancy on different topics and I work one to one with parents, either over the phone or by visiting their homes.
