Dream Baby book

As a qualified Sleep Consultant, I’ve supported countless families through the early stages of parenthood — and one concern always tops the list: Sleep. That’s why I wrote Dream Baby —a gentle, practical, and evidence-based guide to help you regain control of sleep. Because babies need rest and parents do too.

Different positions on how to burp your baby

Dunstan Baby Language

According to Priscila Dunstan, babies between 0-3 months have 5 vocal reflexes: Neh, Eh, Eairh, Heh, and Owh.

I recommend watching this clip to learn the sounds for hunger, discomfort, and tiredness. With practice, you can learn to interpret your baby’s cries, and this will help you to respond to their discomfort in the best way possible.
